The perfect design process starts with the proper specifications that we have compiled based on many years of experience. We are specialized in the requirements on the part of our German customers, even though the injection moulds are produced in China. Our injection moulding tools are designed according to German quality standards and checked by employees working at our Germany based company.
Mould design
Each injection mould component is just as good as the tool. That is why we make sure water passages are designed properly, separations are burr-free and there are enough ejectors to avoid later process interruptions.
Our success formula is experience gained from line production where a long service life and low maintenance is urgently required. The expertise resulting from that is what we use designing long-lasting moulds, living up to German quality standards.
